WARNING: Do not fall for this email hoax. The following information is the work of someone that is trying to hijack your Steam account!

Not that any of you would be foolish enough to do this, but I thought I would post it anyways. Someone is going around servers spamming to send him an email to get in on the beta testing. He replies wanting your steam account info. His email is <removed> and his account is named "steam powered". This is the email he replies back to you with:

If you would like to become a beta tester, please fill in the necessary fields below in order for your account to be upgraded.

Please write only in between the "start" and "end" verification lines or else your account data may not be processed and therefore your account will not be upgraded.

*This will be the only time which you will be asked for your e-mail, username, and password.
If anyone asks you for your cd-key, please do not share it with them.
