i have a question for u guys. how do u get such cool pics and animations in your signatures? and how can i have for myself such cool ones? where to find and etc. i'm not so good in bb code...
sorry for writing in english, but i cant write in good german. i can only speak. but u can all write in german guys. i understand pretty well.

first of all u have to upload your pic some where. and i think it must be a .jpeg file.
then u click on "usercp" at the top of the forum. then u click on "signatur editieren" . There u can tipe a text or something but theres also a button "Bild einfügen" then u chose ur link of ur pic an it should work!

i saw at the main page some animations like roman pope, band of brothers etc... i see that they're not jpeg. but can i use them either?

i discovered DoD for me just for 2 weeks ago and i find it really GEIL. (the german word that i always use. its practical. its use this for everything good) :dsc_omaha
and i'm a member in a other forum, but the guys are playing other stuff like freelancer or warcraft. only few of them know about DoD. i want to show people what kind of a gift of GOD is DoD. thats the reason...

i think u always need .jpeg but u can copy the pic/animation into "PAINT" and then save under as a jpeg file. so u can use it hopefully

First of all, please change your topic! The reader should be informed about your problem, and "HELP!" isnt very helpfull!
Second use the SEARCH FUNCTION! Surely there is already a thread to your problem. If not u can ask lateron.

Obey these two simple rules to support our work as Supermod.

To add a signature it is necessary to uploud the picture.
Then you go to usercp next to "Signatur editieren" and enter the code

then the full URL, e.g. http://www.abc.de/image.jpg
finally the [/img] to finish your command.
Now it looks like this:


It´s nearly the same like frezzers manual,
but i just had to write something according to your question. So its no spam

€ lol the red X is no malfunction, it just doesn`t work because i dont have a webspace with this url, and so no image.jpg on the server.
To your second question: you can also use .gif to import small films. .bmp you cant use!

Mhh the animations are mainly .gif. If you see an animation just right click on it to see informations. There you can find the url and the ending. I only do know these two

.gif

But its also possible that an other on will work. Noone is perfect and even I dont know everything
